Dallas Pallets began in 2004 when our founder recognized a need in the local market for reliable, quality used pallets at fair prices. What started as a small operation with a handful of employees has grown into one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area's most trusted pallet suppliers.
Our growth has been driven by a simple philosophy: treat every customer like they're our only customer. This commitment to exceptional service, combined with our focus on quality and sustainability, has earned us lasting relationships with businesses across the region.

Our Journey
The Beginning
Dallas Pallets was founded with a simple mission: provide quality used pallets at fair prices. Starting with a small 5,000 sq ft warehouse and a single truck, we began serving local businesses in the Dallas area. Our founder saw an opportunity to help businesses save money while reducing waste.
First Major Contract
We secured our first major contract with a regional distribution center, handling over 1,000 pallets monthly. This partnership proved our ability to scale and deliver consistent quality, opening doors to more commercial opportunities.
Expanding Services
We expanded our services to include pallet repair and recycling, allowing us to serve customers more comprehensively and reduce waste in the process. We hired our first dedicated repair team and invested in professional equipment.
Growing Team
Our team grew to 15 employees as demand for our services increased. We established dedicated departments for sales, operations, and customer service to better serve our growing customer base.
Fleet Expansion
With growing demand, we invested in our transportation fleet, expanding from 2 trucks to 8. This enabled us to offer reliable pickup and delivery services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with same-day options.
10th Anniversary
We celebrated 10 years in business, having served over 500 unique customers. We marked the milestone by implementing a customer loyalty program and reinvesting in facility improvements.
New Facility
We moved to a larger 25,000 sq ft facility to accommodate our growing inventory and expanded operations. The new location allowed us to stock more pallet grades, sizes, and increase our repair capacity by 200%.
Technology Investment
We implemented a new inventory management system and customer portal, streamlining operations and improving service. Customers could now track orders and manage their accounts online.
Sustainability Focus
We strengthened our commitment to sustainability, implementing new recycling processes and eco-friendly practices. We achieved a 95% recycling rate and began offering sustainability certificates to corporate clients.
Service Area Expansion
Extended our service area to cover the entire DFW metroplex plus surrounding counties. Added 5 more trucks to our fleet and opened a satellite storage facility in Fort Worth.
