Responsible Pallet Recycling

At Dallas Pallets, we believe that no pallet should end up in a landfill. Our comprehensive recycling program ensures that every pallet - no matter how damaged - is put to good use.

Pallets that can't be repaired are broken down and the wood is recycled into mulch, animal bedding, biofuel, or other products. Even the nails and fasteners are recycled through our metal recycling partners.

We offer free pickup for large quantities and can provide recycling certificates for companies that need to document their sustainability efforts for corporate reporting or compliance.

Whether you have a one-time surplus or need ongoing recycling services, our program is designed to be flexible and convenient for your business.

Our Recycling Process

Every pallet that comes through our facility is processed responsibly. Here's how we ensure nothing goes to waste:

1

Collection

We collect pallets from your location or you can drop them off at our facility. Free pickup available for quantities of 100+ pallets.

2

Sorting

Pallets are sorted into categories: repairable, recyclable, and scrap. Repairable pallets get a second life; the rest go to recycling.

3

Processing

Non-repairable pallets are broken down. Nails and fasteners are separated for metal recycling. Wood is processed into chips or shreds.

4

Transformation

Processed wood becomes mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or other products. Nothing goes to waste - everything is repurposed.
