Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be established at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access for delivery vehicles.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect all pallets upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Dallas Pallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
